Attorney Mark Maier has been a negotiation attorney with Dyer, Garofalo, Mann & Schultz since January 2002. Prior to law school, Mark was in management for a Fortune 100 Corporation. His first positions following law school were with corporations as in-house counsel. Eventually, he gravitated toward the area of litigation and subsequently spent several years as a litigator with a boutique law firm focusing on the representation of business and business litigation. In addition to being in the Dayton, Ohio main office for DGM&S, Mark also handles the Troy, Wilmington and Xenia offices for the firm.
