Emily Noggle is an associate with Dyer, Garofalo, Mann & Schultz where she concentrates her areas of practice on Social Security Disability, Veterans Benefits, and Long Term Disability cases. Emily is passionate about helping our clients in these areas, “I have seen how incredibly frustrated and stressed out these clients are trying to navigate the various agencies in search of help while they so desperately need their benefits. Helping veterans who often feel neglected by the government receive the benefits they earned protecting our country feels like giving back in a small way for all they have done for our country.”
Emily graduated from Wilmington College Cum Laude earning a double major with a B.A. in Pre-Law and a B.S. in Psychology. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law where she was a research assistant for a professor, and a staff writer and comment editor for the UD Law Review.
Before joining DGMS, Emily gained legal experience as a law clerk for a Cincinnati law firm where she drafted and edited business contracts, leases, litigation documents and other corporate documents for various clients in the Cincinnati area. She also worked as an extern for Wilmington magistrate preparing legal opinions with in depth analysis and background research.
Emily was admitted to the Ohio Bar in November of 2015.
